Beat eggs.

Dip slices of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides.

Place dipped slices onto a lined baking sheet and bake in 400°F for about 15 minutes (or until edges start to toast). Flip and bake an additional 10 minutes .

Top with powdered sugar, fresh fruit, or syrup as desired.
