Instructions

Step 1
Chop sweet potatoes
Step 2
Steam for about 15 minutes
Step 3
Add all of the tapioca starch and sugar
Step 4
Knead sweet potato balls into balls
Step 5
Add in 1 tsp of water if difficult to knead
Step 6
Preheat oil at a low temperature
Step 7
Press the sweet potatoes 5-6 times each in order to expand the balls
