Label your freezer bag with the name of the meal, cooking instructions, and "use-by" date (for standard fridge/freezer combos, this will be 3 months from the prep date).

Combine all ingredients in a gallon-sized plastic freezer bag (except heavy cream), remove as much air as possible, and seal.

Freeze.

The night before cooking, move to refrigerator to thaw.

In morning, add to crockpot and cook on "low" setting for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender and vegetables are cooked through and tender.
Step 8
Add heavy cream and cook additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
Step 9
Serve with biscuits or crushed Ritz crackers.

Note: You can also freeze heavy whipping cream in a separate freezer bag.

Thaw it overnight and store in refrigerator until it's time to add it to the crockpot.
