Step 1
Clean 6 chicken thais and legs together. Making slits into the flesh as you clean to allow the marinade to get into the meat.
Step 2
Once the chicken is clean and rinse put it into a big bowl or storage container. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and poor the mixture over the chicken rubbing it will with your hands or food brush on the chicken. Place in tight storage container and put in the fridge for at least 8 hours or over night.
