Salsa Roja Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil tomatoes, tomatillos, and garlic until fully cooked.
Step 2
2. Place cooked ingredients in blender and add chiles, salt, oregano, tomato sauce, and bay leaf. Blend until smooth.
Salsa Verde Instructions
Step 3
1. Boil Jalapenos, seranos, tomatillos, onion, and garlic until fully cooked.
Step 4
2. Place cooked ingredients in blender and add fresh cilantro, avocado, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Roasted Salsa Instructions
Step 5
1. Set convection oven to 450* F and roast tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, and hatch chiles for 7 minutes on each side. You can also roast on the grill for extra char.
Step 6
2. Place cooked ingredients in blender and add fresh cilantro, and salt. Pulse blend to get chunky consistency.
