Step 1
Take milk, oatmeal, chia seeds and protein powder chocolate in a glass and mix together
put it in the fridge for 5 min. put vanilla yoghurt on top without mixing, and put in the fridge for 2 hours. top with cooking chocolate and put in the fridge over night
Step 2
It takes about 10 minutes to make it. Because it has to sit in the fridge between layers, it takes time.
