Instructions

Overnight oats

Step 1
Mix oats, chia seeds, protein powder, yogurt, water and sweetener together in a bowl/ jar. Set aside for 5 mins to thicken.

Toppings

Step 2
For the cream layer, mix yogurt and protein powder together. Add a tbs of water/ milk until it’s smooth and spread over the oats.
