You would not believe how easy this nourishing strawberry jam is to make. Growing up in France, jam was such a staple, and this version really satisfies my little jam cravings! Of course, peanut butter and jam is one of the best food combos ever, so it’s no surprise that these little overnight oats are such a treat. Let me know if you give them a go 🤍

Instructions
Strawberry Jam
Step 1
Wash your strawberries and remove the green part. Add to a saucepan covered on low heat with the chia seeds and, lemon juice, water, and bring to a low boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Allow resting until cool down.
Step 2
Transfer to a jar and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Oats
Step 3
Add the oats, milk, chia and peanut butter to a jar, stir well and let it set in the fridge overnight.
Step 4
Top with strawberry jam and enjoy 🤍
