Instructions
Step 1
Drain salmon and remove bones and skin.

Flake salmon with fork.
Step 3
Beat egg, and then add salmon. Mix thoroughly.

Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and crushed crackers. Salmon should be moist, not wet.

Form into large patties.
Step 6
Melt olive oil or butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Step 7
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Add more oil if needed.

Drain well.
