Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Step 2
Sift flour, salt and bicarb in a bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar well.
Step 4
Add vanilla essence.
Step 5
Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each addition.
Step 6
Add mashed bananas.
Step 7
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk, starting and ending with dry ingredients. Beat after each addition.
Step 8
Bake at 180 degrees C for about 35-40min. Makes 2 small loaves or 1 large one.
