Step 1
Microwave for 2 - 4 minutes taking it out every 30 seconds to avoid overflowing. Leave it out for 10 - 15 seconds and continue.
Step 2
Or bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 - 20 minutes (depending on the oven)
