Instructions
Step 1
Bring all ingredients (except sauerkraut and coconut milk)to boil for 10/15 minutes finely diced
Step 2
Allow to cool slightly before blitzing in a blender
Step 3
Empty contents back into a pan and add the coconut milk, heat until piping
Step 4
Top with celery tomatoes and sauerkraut
