Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with Italian seasoning
Step 2
Spray fry pan with Pam and fry chicken for 5 minutes to brown
Step 3
Place chicken in bake sheet
Step 4
Add mushrooms to fry pan and spray with olive oil spray 15 times and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add vermouth and chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add 6 tsp of cornstarch to water. Mix. Add to mushroom mixture.
Step 7
Stir constantly until thickened
Step 8
Pour over chicken
Step 9
Place chicken in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until chicken cooked through.
Step 10
Garnish with parsley optional, and serve.
