Instructions
Step 1
Bake chicken 400 degrees for 30 minutes
Step 2
Coat Brussel sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes.
Step 3
Preheat pan with olive oil, cut chicken into stripes, dig in egg, then coat with parmesan cheese, fry in pan.
Step 4
When done mix in bowl and top with tomatoes.
