Step 1

Preheat oven and chop veggies
Step 2

Add chopped chilli, garlic, ginger, shallot and lemongrass to food processor with spices to create Ayam betutu paste
Step 3

Add chicken thighs to baking tray and add the paste
Step 4

Rinse and boild rice
Step 5

Remove rice from heat and keep covered
Step 6

Head pan with vegetable oil and remaining paste
Step 7

Add mangetout and cook until soft
Step 8

Serve
