Salmon with Broccoli, Brown Rice and Garlic Butter Sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Start water for brown rice, bring to a boil before adding rice. Once water is boiling add rice, cover, turn down to low heat and cook for 45-50 minutes.
Step 2
If using fresh broccoli, start water to boil 30 minutes after rice has been cooking. If using steam in bag option then start when rice is just about done, that way everything is done st the same time.
Step 3
Season salmon with salt and pepper on skinless side. If salmon is completely skinless then season both sides. Cook in air fryer for 4-5 minutes, flipping over halfway through.
Step 4
While salmon is cooking, brown garlic in olive oil, add butter, stir until melted.
Step 5
Pour over the salmon, rice and vegetables. Enjoy!
