Instructions

Step 1
Rinse brussel sprouts and cut off the ends.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Boil the brussel sprouts till tender (about 5 min) and drain.
Step 3
Lay the sprouts on a cooking sheet and smash with a flat surface, like the bottom of a drinking glass.
Step 4
Spray the brussel sprouts with olive oil. Drizzle balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle salt. Bake for 15-20 min.
Step 5
Mix honey, red pepper flakes, and paprika together in a skillet. Simmer these ingredients for 3-4 on low heat. Only cook to infuse the ingredients together.
Step 6
Drizzle with hot honey mixture
