Instructions

Step 1
Slice beef and mix with marinade ingredients, cover and marinade for at least 30 mins but longer if you can.
Step 2
Make sauce by mixing cornflour and soy sauce first & then mix in the rest of the marinade ingredients.
Step 3
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add beef and cook on high heat until just cooked to your liking, remove and set aside.
Step 4
Add a little more oil if needed, add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 min.
Step 5
Add in onion, cook for 2-3 min over a low heat until starting to soften and add in courgettes. Cook for 5-7 mins over a medium heat until softened.
Step 6
Add beef back in, pour in sauce and mix through.
Step 7
Serve with rice, spring onion & sesame seeds.
