Instructions
Step 1
Put the peppers, cut-side down, on a plate and microwave on High for 4 minutes until cooked through (but not so soft they collapse).
Step 2
If they need longer, microwave for 1 minute more and repeat until done.
Step 3
Put the pork in a cold frying pan and turn on the heat.
Step 4
Fry, breaking up any lumps, until it starts to brown.
Step 5
Stir in the garlic and spices for 1 minute, then add the bulgar and stock.
Step 6
Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until the bulgar is soft.
Step 7
Heat the grill to medium-high.
Step 8
Stir half the parsley into the bulgar, then stuff into the peppers and set on a baking sheet.
Step 9
Grill to crisp, sprinkle over most of the remaining parsley, then serve with the yogurt mixed with the rest of the parsley.
