Step 1
Thoroughly cool ground beef with onion, garlic and diced celery
Step 2
Add bone broth, V8, and frozen mixed veggies straight from freezer and cooked ground beef, olive oil and spices in crock pot cook on low for 4 hours
Step 3
Evenly portion out into 11 freezer containers fully cool in fridge and freeze
