Step 1
Put the pasta on to cook.
Step 2
Add olive oil to pan and fry garlic slices on a low heat . Take out and put aside.
Step 3
Add knob of butter and chili flakes, soy sauce & oyster sauce
Step 4
3 minutes before al dente, add pasta to the pan to finish cooking. Add some pasta water
Step 5
Add parmesan, and give a toss.
Step 6
Top with crispy garlic chips
Step 7
Optional serving suggestion: chopped chives, seasame seeds & crispy chili oil
