Instructions
Step 1
Substitute for ground turkey if desired
Step 2
Brown meat in instant on hi sear/saute mode with olive oil, salt and pepper
Step 3
Add peppers, garlic, onion, and spices to meat and saute until fragrant
Step 4
Add beans undrained, add tomatoes and sauce, add chicken stock
Step 5
Pressure cook on high for 10 minutes and naturally release.
