35gbanana
25gself raising flour
15gvanilla protein whey powder
¼ tspcinnamon
20mlsugar free maple syrup
35mlalmond milk
½ tspvanilla essence

Instructions
Step 1

In a bowl, mash the banana (should be puréed)
Step 2

Add the the rest of the ingredients (for the batter) to the banana and mix
Step 3

(Optional) you can transfer the batter into a ramekin or cook it in the same bowl as you mixed it in (make sure it is heatproof)
Step 4

Before cooking, place on top the thinly sliced banana slices
Step 5

Cook the mug cake in the microwave for 1-2 mins (depending on your microwave) alternatively you can bake it in the oven at 180C 20mins
Step 6

(Optional) add toppings of choice (i chose biscoff) or enjoy it without🙂
