Instructions

Step 1
Roast whole onion in oven; cook vermicelli and set aside
Step 2
Pan-fry together some spring onion, chopped onion, and garlic with some crab paste. Add it to beaten egg

Add tomatoes and chicken stock to pot and boil together
Step 4
Simmer, and add roasted onion and fried tofu. Pour egg + crab paste mix into corner of pot.
Step 5
Scoop oil off the top of soup to clarify if desired
Step 6
Re-heat portion of vermicelli in microwave in bowl; pour soup on top
Step 7
Garnish with cabbage, herbs and chilli
