800gboneless skinless chicken thighs

½ cuporange juice

4 Tbspsoy sauce

2 Tbsplime juice

8 clovesgarlic

2 tspcumin

1 tspsalt

1 tspblack pepper

1 tsponion powder

3dried ancho chiles
de-stemmed and de-seeded, microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 60-90 seconds

3chipotle peppers in adobo

Instructions
Marinade
Step 1
Blend all marinade ingredients together until smooth - combine with chicken to marinate for at least an hour
Step 2
Combine all pico ingredients into a single bowl
Step 3
Combine all guacamole ingredients into another bowl
Step 4
Cook chicken on stove until cooked through
Step 5
Combine all ingredients into burritos and wrap in foil to put in freezer
Step 6
To reheat, toss in the microwave for ~90 seconds, then finish in the air fryer at 180 for about 7-8 minutes.
