These are the best potatoes I’ve had in a long time! Crunchy from the Parmesan, and the sweet and spicy kick to it is a delicious flavour bomb!

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 F. On a parchment lined sheet pan toss cubed potatoes with light olive oil, parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, and salt. Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden, flipping halfway through.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl whisk together honey, crushed garlic, parsley, hot sauce and lime juice.
Step 3
While the potatoes are hot, toss the potatoes in the mixing bowl with the hot sauce mixture. Serve while hot and enjoy!
