For the potatoes
2 lbsYukon gold potatoes
cut into cubes
2 Tbsolive oil
1 tspseasoning

For the dressing
Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat your oven to 400° F. Line a large baking sheet with foil, and set aside.
Step 2
2. Place potatoes, olive oil, and Dan-O’s on your baking sheet and toss to coat. Spread the potatoes out on preheated baking sheet and roast for approximately 25 minutes (I also broiled mine for 5 to get them a little crispy on the edges).
Step 3
3. While potatoes are roasting, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Set aside.
Step 4
4. Brush the dressing over the potatoes straight out the oven & serve.
