Instructions

Step 1
Season fish with salt and pepper

Mix marinade ingredients together. Olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, & paprika.

Step 3
Cut fish into 'taco size' pieces. Add to large zip lock bag. Pour in marinade. Allow to marinade 20- 30 min
Step 4
Mix sauce ingredients together & let chill. Yogurt (or sour cream), mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, Sriracha, salt & pepper

Grill fish fillets until flakey. About 4 min per side
Step 6
Let fish rest for about 5 min. Warm tortillas on the grill. Serve with sauce and toppings
