Instructions

Step 1
1. Brown sausage in large skillet over med-high heat. Dice onion
Step 2
Transfer onion to large stockpot & add garlic & butter. Cook until golden. Chop spinach
Step 3
Once onions & garlic are ready- add crushed tomatoes, chicken stock, browned ground sausage & spinach.
Step 4
Bring to a boil - stirring frequently - Add seasonings to taste. Boil for 5 to 10 minutes
Step 5
Cook ravioli according to directions and drain. Reduce heat and add cream and half and half. Simmer 5 minutes. Add parmesan and ravioli and stir until well mixed. Serve.
