Instructions

Step 1
Heat oil in a deep frying pan and saute the onion and ginger, stirring often, until softened, about 3 minutes

Add the curry paste and coconut milk and bring to the boil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper

Place the broccoli on top of the sause, followed by the fish. Cover with a lid or a piece of foil and simmer over a medium for 8 minutes
