Step 1
Mix ranch, lime juice, and cumin.
Prepare Slaw
Step 2
Chop Cilantro.
Step 3
De-seed and dice jalapeno
Step 4
Drain Mexicorn.
Step 5
Dice red onion (you only need ~1/4 cup).
Step 6
Mix everything together and let chill in the fridge.
