Instructions

Step 1
Rinse and drain your corn then add corn to a bowl
Step 2
Add mayonnaise, cotija cheese, lime, chili powder, cilantro, and salt. Mix well
Step 3
Serve and top with more cilantro, chili powder, and cotija cheese.
Step 4
*I broiled the corn in the oven for 10 minutes to give it a little more flavor but its not necessary
