1 packmixed green leaves
spinach, corn, mangold, rucola, etc

200gcherry tomatoes

100ghalloumi cheese

1peach
or nectarine

0.5red onion

1cucumber

1avocado
ripe

100gcanned chickpeas

1 handfulmixed seeds
pumpkin, sunflower, linen, hemp

1 handfulcashew nuts

1 tablespoonolive oil
extra virgin

1 tablespoonhoney

1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar

1 sprigfresh mint

himalayan salt

mixed pepper seasoning

chili flakes
Instructions
Step 1
cut halloumi into ~1 cm thick slices and grill on a grill pan or using an electric grill



Step 2
cut a peach or nectarine into fairly wide slices (about 6-8 parts, depending on the size) and also grill on a grill pan or using an electric grill



Step 3
cut the rest of vegetables and mix them in a large bowl with mixed green leaves and chickpeas



Step 4
put the grilled cheese and peaches on top

Step 5
mix the dressing in a small bowl using a whisk


Step 6
add dressing to the salad, mix it thoroughly and season with mixed seeds or nuts and fresh mint
