Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 420° F or 788° C
Step 2
Cut Spaghetti squash in half and remove seeds. (We recommend using a metal spoon to deseed the squash)
Step 3
Brush the inside of the Squash with olive oil rub salt pepper onion powder and garlic powder on the inside coat all surfaces of the interior.
Step 4
Place the squash cut side down on baking the baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake for approximately 30 minutes and flip over for another ten minutes until tender
Step 6
Brown the meet in a Nonstick pan using olive oil to lubricate the pan
Step 7
Cut parchment paper to fit the casserole dish it should stick up the sides
Step 8
Using a fork and spoon remove the interior of the squash and place into casserole dish inside the parchment paper
Step 9
Add meat and sauce to the casserole dish and lightly mix the ingredients so they are well dispersed
Step 10
Add the mozzarella and parmesan on top
Step 11
Place in oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top
