Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice chicken and add to the Slowcooker with the pesto, garlic, tomatoes and cream.
Step 2
Cook chicken on high for 2.5 hours. - stir every hour
Step 3
Add pasta, stock and milk, stir and cook for one hour. Stir after 30 mins if you can
Step 4
For the last 5 minutes add in a handful of spinach (optional)
Step 5
** Use double cream, when cooking you need cream with a higher fat content so it doesn't split so I would avoid single cream**
