Instructions
Step 1
Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. Make sure the parchment paper hangs up the sides of the pan.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix the instant pudding with milk. Pour the pudding into ypur pan and spread evenly.
Step 3
Put the pan into the freezer to chill while making the marshmallow layer
Step 4
In another large bowl beat the cream cheese with a hand mixer
Step 5
Add the marshmallow fluff and mix again until combined.
Step 6
Fold in the whipped topping
Step 7
Use a rubber spatula to top the chocolate pudding with the marshmallow mix and spread evenly into it's own layer.
Step 8
Return to the freezer 4-24hrs.
Step 9
Once frozen, remove layers from the pan by the excess parchment paper and place on a cutting board.
Step 10
Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Step 11
Break the graham crackers in half and place on to the top layer.
Step 12
Use a HOT, sharp knife and cut around the graham crackers and trim the edges of excess chocolate and marshmallow.
Step 13
Use another cutting board or a sheet pan to flip the frozen mixture and graham crackers over and top the other side.
Step 14
Enjoy immediately or allow the filling to melt slightly so crackers really stick.
