Instructions
Step 1
Peel and chop sweet potatoes and carrots, roast with oil and seasoning for at least 60 mins at 200 °C with foil on top
Step 2
Fry the onions in a pot until softened, then add garlic, paprika and chilli flakes, cook for a min then add in stock, simmer for 10 mins
Step 3
Let the roasted vegetables cool then add to pot, blend everything together, cool then add in yoghurt
