Instructions

Step 1
Cut onions and mix with 1 tsp salt and 2 tbsp starch. Fry onion in one cup of oil, portion by portion. The same oil is used for the sauce.
Step 2
After browning, put it to dry on a towel.
Step 3
Take another pan to make the sauce in. Put some of the onion oil and add minced garlic and fry until golden.
Step 4
Add 1 L tomato juice.
Step 5
Add 1 stock cube, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tsp cumin, pepper, 1 tsp coriander. Leave to cook.
Step 6
In the same oil, add 1 cup vermicelli and brown it. Add 1 cup of rice and mix until it’s split. Add previously soaked (1 hour) 1 cup brown lentils. Mix and add 1 bag macarrona. And add boiled water until 2 cm above the food.
Step 7
Add half packet macarrona spaghetti and spread it on top.
Step 8
Add 3 tsp salt, 2 tsp cumin.
Step 9
Let it boil on high, open, mix everything and then lower the heat and leave for 15 mins.
Step 10
In a separate pot: Add 1 cup of water, 1 tsp minced garlic and one chilly pepper, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1 cup vinegar. Squeeze 2 lemons. Let it boil and close.
