Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate with paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, and the juice of half a lemon. Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium/high heat until golden brown. To make the garlic sauce, blend the yogurt, minced garlic, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of pepper and the juice of half a lemon and blend until smooth. Use a packet yellow rice. Chop cucumbers and tomato and mix with the garlic sauce. Serve with: 120g cooked rice per serving Lettuce Red onions mixed with sumac or lemon juice Pickles Cucumber salad Garlic sauce
