Fry or bake the chips

heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic for a few minutes

add in the tomato puree with a splash of water

add in the spices and chillies and another splash of water
Step 5
cook until the oil separates, add in more water if needed. Add in the lemon juice
Step 6
Add the chips to the pan with some salt and pepper and serve
