Instructions

Step 1
Begin with cutting garlic into thin slices.

On low-medium heat, drizzle oil, add garlic slices and 1 Tbsp of minced garlic and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.

Once it's 80% cooked through, add a pinch of salt and 1 Tbsp of soy sauce. Mix.

Add cooked rice and a knob of unsalted butter and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Crack an egg with salt and mix well. Pour into the pan and let it cook with the rice. Mix in between.

Turn off heat and transfer fried rice into a bowl.

Place a few garlic slices at the bottom of the bowl. Flip bowl onto a plate and lift the bowl up.

Garnish with green onions and enjoy!
