Instructions
Step 1
On medium heat, drizzle 2-3 tbsp of oil and crack 2 eggs. Cook sunny side up.

Step 2
Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Chop green onions (optional)

Step 4
In a bowl, add a serving of cooked rice and add the fried eggs on top.

Step 5
Add 1 Tbsp of soy sauce and 1 Tbsp of sesame oil. Sprinkle green onions on top.
