Instructions

Step 1
Pro-tip, use day old rice because it will have had more time to dry out!
Step 2
Chop and saute onion on medium heat for 5 minutes in a large pan, then add garlic and ginger.

Chop your bell pepper + sausage and add to pan. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 4
Defrost your veggie mix and add to pan. Cook until veggies are tender.
Step 5
Add fresh pineapple and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 6
Add rice
Step 7
Make room for the eggs to cook and then add into your pan.
Step 8
Once the eggs are cooked, add vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and coconut cream.
Step 9
Serve in a pineapple if you're feeling fancy!
