Cook rice
Step 2
Slice (not dice) onion, mushrooms and garlic
Step 3
Fry onion for 4 mins over medium heat
Step 4
Once softened add mushrooms with knob of butter and cook for another 5-6 mins, until tender
Step 5
Add garlic. Cook for 1 min. Add ginger paste, soy and hoisin. Cook for another minute
Step 6
Fry eggs
Step 7
Add rice and peas to stir fry
Step 8
Plate up rice with egg over top and finish with grinding pepper
