Step 1
Bake chicken until 165 degrees then shred the chicken and boil the potatoes to soften them.
Step 2
Add vegetables, chicken, and pepper into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix water and cornstarch until smooth add water and cornstarch mixture and bring back to a boil and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes
