cook rice
Step 2
preheat onion to 350 degrees
Step 3
wash and chop vegetables
Step 4
set aside 8 Oz of tomato sauce for later. mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl and stuff the peppers with the mixture
Step 5
add any extra rice mixture around the peppers and add the rest of the tomato sauce over top
Step 6
bake for 1 hour
