Instructions
Step 1
Beat margarine, butter and sugar well
Step 2
Fold in cornflour and flour
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
Step 4
Cut into shapes and bake in a low oven until slightly browned
Step 5
Leave to cool then dip in caster sugar
