Step 1
Chop bacon finely. Trim chicken. Trim and quarter radishes.
Step 2
Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 450 degrees. Cook bacon in ovensafe 12-inch skillet over medium heat until crispy, 5 to 7 minutes. Transfer bacon to towel-lined plate.
Step 3
Pat chicken dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook chicken skin-side down in reserved bacon fat until well-browned, 7 to 10 minutes. Flip chicken skin side up, transfer skillet to oven and roast until breasts register 160 degrees and drumsticks/thighs register 175 degrees, 15 to 20 mins. Transfer chicken to a plate and tent with foil.
Step 4
Discard all but 1 tablespoon of fat and return pan to medium-high heat. Add radishes and salt and cook until tender, about 2 minutes. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Off heat, stir in bacon and lemon juice. Transfer to a serving platter and top with chicken. Serve with additional lemon wedges.
