Instructions
Step 1
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
Step 2
Turn the tofu on its side and cut it in half lengthwise.
Step 3
Lay the tofu flat and make two vertical cuts, followed by one horizontal cut. You should end up with small, bite-sized cubes of tofu.
Step 4
Place the tofu cubes in the air fryer tray.
Step 5
Set the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and cook the tofu for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Enjoy your crispy and flavorful air fried tofu! No oil is needed for this recipe.
