Instructions

Step 1
1 Dry the tofu well with a cloth and cut into cubes

2 Prepare the marinade and leave the tofu to marinate for at least 1H in the fridge (the longer the better) you can take advantage of to do a good workout in FUERTAFIT +

3 In a bowl mix well all the ingredients of the spicy mayo
Step 4
4 Prepare the bowl to taste (see video)

- Rice / sushi quinoa: Boil 1/2 cup of rice and 1/2 cup of quinoa with 2 cups of water for about 15 min. Add 2 tbsp rice vinegar with 1/2 tbsp sweetener and salt. Mix well and let cool.
Step 6
Pickled onion: cut a red onion into rings, put in a glass jar and add 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp sweetener and water until covered. Let stand 1 night.
